Hong Kong's No. 1 Access Control System

AST System Technology (AST) specialises in tailored high-end security and access control solutions, backed by more than 30 years of industry experience.

A truly comprehensive security architecture goes beyond standalone devices — it relies on seamless integration and coordinated operation across systems.

Online / Offline Operation

The system operates reliably in both online and offline modes for continuous security.

It connects large-scale access control networks while archiving all entry records clearly in one place.

All-in-One Management Platform

Integrates seamlessly with third-party systems. When an alarm is triggered, the platform automatically plays back footage from designated CCTV cameras — covering pre-event, trigger-moment and post-event video — so operators can verify the situation immediately and respond with greater efficiency.

Car Park Access

The AST Car Park Management System combines computerised control, network equipment and lane management hardware to oversee vehicle entry and exit, internal traffic guidance and parking fee collection. Built for professional car park operators, it logs vehicle movements and bay locations for comprehensive dynamic and static car park management.

Lift Control

Modern lift drive and control systems integrate car operating panels, hall call signals, PLC logic controllers and VVVF variable-frequency drive units. Where variable-frequency drives regulate speed and PLC controllers manage dispatch logic, AST integrates access permissions with lift control for reliable floor-by-floor security.

Attendance Logging

Supports mobile clock-in for staff, tracks field trips and work-from-home schedules, and allows employees to log overtime reasons to support labour compliance. Administrators can review and export complete attendance records directly via PC.

Alarm System

When the intrusion alarm system detects unauthorised entry, it triggers an immediate alert and can automatically notify the security control centre or relevant authorities.

Booking Management System

A computerised reservation system (CRS) stores and manages booking information and schedules across facilities and activities via web gateways, allowing users and management teams to coordinate room, facility and visitor reservations centrally.
